Media Rights and Licensing Policy

TarteebHome Private Limited
Effective: 25 October 2026

This policy explains how photographs, illustrations, AI-assisted media, videos and other visual materials published through TarteebHome may be shared or reused. It supplements our Terms and Conditions and respects rights and exceptions under applicable law.

Ownership and attribution

TarteebHome retains the rights it owns or has acquired in media created or commissioned for TarteebHome. Vendor, photographer, designer and other third-party materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and documented permissions. Display on the marketplace, or a TarteebHome signature on an authorised derivative, does not transfer ownership of underlying third-party material. AI-assisted outputs remain subject to applicable law and the relevant model, reference and source licences.

Personal sharing and downloads

You may share public product links with friends and family. Where our official product-sharing tools provide a TarteebHome-owned branded download, you may save it for personal reference and share that provided copy for non-commercial discussion of the linked product. Keep its branding, attribution and source link intact. This permission does not cover private or unpublished assets, original upload masters, third-party material with separate restrictions, or claims that a concept is a manufactured or available product.

Ordinary viewing and this limited sharing permission do not transfer copyright or grant an exclusive licence. A download does not confirm a seller’s stock, product specifications, price or delivery terms; check the current product page and seller information.

Commercial reuse and reproduction

Unless a separate licence or applicable law permits it, obtain the relevant rights holder’s written permission before using protected media in advertising, resale, commercial catalogues, competing listings or other commercial publications. Do not remove attribution or watermarks, redistribute original masters, present another party’s work as your own, or imply a TarteebHome endorsement. This policy does not override lawful exceptions or the terms of an expressly identified third-party licence.

Vendor-submitted media

Vendors must have the rights or permissions required to submit and display their media under their marketplace arrangements. They should identify third-party restrictions and provide supporting provenance when requested. Submission alone does not make TarteebHome the copyright owner. Public branded downloads are restricted to media for which the relevant derivative permission has been recorded.

Request permission or a licence

Use Contact Us or email support@tarteebhome.com with the subject “Media licensing”. Include the public product or article URL, the image or asset reference, intended use, distribution channels and requested duration. We will identify the appropriate rights holder and review the request. A request, automated acknowledgement or quoted fee does not itself grant permission; any licence must be expressly agreed by an authorised rights holder.

Copyright concerns

Report a concern through the same contact channels with the affected URL, a description of the work and concern, your relationship to the rights holder, supporting ownership or permission information and a way to contact you. Do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary identity documents. We may request clarification and review the content and relevant permissions. This process does not replace legal remedies or promise a particular outcome or response time.

Provenance and privacy

Approved exports may carry visible attribution and supported embedded ownership and source metadata. Third-party platforms may remove metadata, and watermarks cannot guarantee prevention of copying. Original assets and our retained provenance records remain separate from public derivatives. Personal information in permission requests is handled under our Privacy Policy.
