How Common Product Seller Offers Work

THE TARTEEBHOME GUIDES

One catalogue identity can have offers from independent sellers. Compare the selected offer, not just the shared product photograph.

Understand the two layers

The Common Product describes the shared catalogue identity. Each vendor offer supplies its own seller, price, SKU, quantity and commercial details. A master product is not a separate stock pool. If no valid seller offer exists, a catalogue or design preview must not be treated as an available item to buy. The product page should make the selected seller clear.

Compare like for like

Check the finish, dimensions, upholstery and included pieces for each offer. A lower price may relate to a different option or scope. Ask for clarification if a seller’s description differs from the shared catalogue information. Stock belongs to the individual seller offer, so availability from one seller does not establish availability from another. Confirm which SKU will appear in the order.

Confirm fulfilment and terms

Delivery destination, rate, lead time, assembly and warranty need to be confirmed for the selected seller. They do not automatically transfer from another offer on the same page. Review the marketplace’s policies and resolve an inconsistent statement before ordering. A design image or video illustrates the catalogue; it does not independently verify stock, construction or origin.

Keep the selection through checkout

After choosing an offer, check the seller and SKU in the cart. Recheck quantity, item price, shipping and the final total before paying. If the seller changes or a required option is missing, return to the product page and clarify the selection. Keep the order reference for support. When raising a listing question, send the product link and selected seller so the team can identify the exact offer.

Your comparison checklist

  • Shared identity versus individual seller offer
  • Matching specification and included pieces
  • Seller-specific price, stock and fulfilment
  • Seller and SKU retained in cart and order
